Justin Blosser

Sales Operation Manager

Justin Blosser is the Sales Operation Manager for FormFree and is responsible for leading the sales team and coordinating onboarding with the operations team. Before joining FormFree, Justin spent 1.5 years with Center State Bank as a loan officer assistant. While at Center State, he assisted the loan officer in closing loans in the crazy year of 2020. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Justin was a Franchise Development Associate with Tropical Smoothie Café, helping with intake of potential new franchisees. Justin holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education and spent 4 years teaching before moving to the corporate atmosphere.

Mack Steed

National Sales Executive, Consumer Finance

Mack Steed is consumer finance national sales executive at FormFree. In this role, Steed works closely with FormFree’s various internal departments to develop and execute consumer finance strategies that align with the company’s mission to expand credit access to financially unserved consumers. He is also responsible for expanding FormFree’s external business development interests with various lending channels.

Steed’s leadership and business development expertise advance FormFree’s status as a leading provider of alternative data analytics, and he continues to drive the company’s growth and success in the consumer finance industry. 

Prior to joining FormFree, Steed was an account executive at LoanPro, a fintech loan servicing software, where he gained an extensive knowledge and passion for the fintech space. When he isn’t propelling FormFree’s expansion into the consumer finance industry, Steed enjoys golfing and competing in Iron Man competitions.

Caleb Wuethrich

Head of Product & Operations

Caleb Wuethrich has worn several hats since joining fintech FormFree in 2018, each vitally important to the success of the company. As head of product and operations, he charts the roadmaps for all of FormFree’s products, including its flagship Passport® service and the FormFree Exchange (FFX®). Wuethrich and his team play an instrumental role in each phase of product development, from collecting customer input to initial buildout to testing. Then, after turning concepts into launched products, Wuethrich builds sophisticated data analytics to understand the performance of each feature, keep tabs on data quality and monitor the customer experience. Caleb earned his master’s degree in business administration from Piedmont College. When he’s not spending time with his two miniature Australian shepherds, Caleb loves reading and woodworking.?

Jenny Moss

Director of Marketing

Jenny Moss is director of marketing for FormFree and is responsible for the development of FormFree’s marketing strategy, leading key initiatives and shaping the next frontier of the FormFree experience.

Before joining FormFree, Moss spent five years at Depth, a full-service marketing and public relations firm for B2B mortgage fintech innovators. While at Depth, she worked with industry-leading firms to develop and refine external marketing and public relations strategies. Moss also previously served as marketing and communications specialist for Silverton Mortgage.

Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Moss served as assistant media relations director for the Mercer University athletic department. She holds a master’s degree in sports management and policy and a bachelor’s degree in public relations, both from the University of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Bulldogs, spending time with family and friends and being on the lake.

Michael A. Covington, Ph.D.

Director of Research

Michael A. Covington, Ph.D., is director of research for FormFree. He began consulting with FormFree in 2010 while serving as associate director of the University of Georgia’s Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI). As leader of FormFree’s research division, Dr. Covington plays a critical role in FormFree’s efforts to improve creditors’ understanding of borrowers’ ability to pay using AI and human common sense.

Dr. Covington retired from academia in 2013 after three decades at UGA. He holds degrees in linguistics from the University of Georgia, Cambridge and Yale and speaks ten languages. He is perhaps best known for his hobby, astronomical photography, about which he has written several books. He is also the caregiver for his disabled wife and daughter.

Mary Costello

Director of Vendor Management, Risk and Compliance

As director of vendor management, risk and compliance at FormFree, Mary Costello supports audit, risk and compliance efforts and manages FormFree’s internal and external vendor, lender and integration partnerships. A 17-year finance industry veteran, Costello served 14 years at Veterans United Home Loans, where she developed, launched and led the enterprise-wide vendor management program for the largest U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) purchase lender. Costello also served as Veterans United Home Loans’ go-to vendor compliance manager, diligently mitigating third-party risk through careful contract analysis, strong pricing negotiations and frequent due-diligence collaborations. Costello earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Christy Moss, CMB

Chief Customer Officer

Christy Moss, CMB, is chief customer officer (CCO) at FormFree. As head of the company’s customer strategy, the 30-year mortgage industry veteran leads voice-of-customer initiatives across the organization and oversees sales.

Before joining FormFree, Moss spent 11 years at Fannie Mae (OTCMKTS: FNMA), where she played a critical role in advancing business initiatives in the post-crisis mortgage lending ecosystem. From 2015 to 2019, Moss focused on driving lender and partner adoption of technologies that improve the borrower experience and lender profitability in her role as strategic business and relationship manager.

Moss has held advanced positions in the correspondent lending divisions of CitiMortgage (NYSE: C), Wachovia (NYSE: WB) and GE Capital Mortgage Services (NYSE: GE), where she gained an in-depth understanding of the primary and secondary mortgage markets. She has received numerous accolades for her contributions to housing finance and holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Georgia State University.

Eric Lapin

President

Eric Lapin leads FormFree with a value-driven approach that combines his passion for inclusionary lending with a talent for executing transformational growth. He orchestrated the strategic divestiture that enabled FormFree’s Web3 evolution. Today, Lapin works closely with the CEO to align operational execution with strategic vision. His responsibilities include business initiative execution, key capital projects, enterprise business development, operations, product, technology, finance, and risk.  

Lapin has 25 years of experience at marquee financial institutions, technology firms and analytics companies. Prior to joining FormFree, Lapin served as first vice president of corporate development and emerging technologies at Old Republic (NYSE: ORI). He has also held leadership positions at banner housing fintechs and financial institutions including Black Knight (NYSE: BKI) and Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS). Lapin is a frequent industry speaker and a graduate of Old Dominion University. He plays the drums for two popular bands in Charleston, South Carolina.

Brent Chandler

Founder and CEO

Brent Chandler is founder and CEO of FormFree. A widely recognized innovator in mortgage and financial services technologies, he has spent 25 years on the leading edge of trading, personal finance, wealth management and consumer finance.

Chandler launched FormFree in 2007 after his own frustrating homebuying experience fueled an obsession with making loans simpler and safer for everyone. Prior to that, he helped create the world’s first online trade at CheckFree and helped usher in the “aggregation revolution” at CashEdge (both later acquired by Fiserv). He’s also held senior-level positions on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch and Fidelity.

Chandler received his B.S. in mathematics/computer sciences from Southern Illinois University and served honorably in the Marine Corps. He sits on the board of directors for FormFree and the American Red Cross of Northeast Georgia. Chandler lives in Athens, Georgia, with his wife, Amy, and two sons.
